Make use of basketball hoops by hanging a spooky chandelier in the middle of the hall!
Get some inexpensive hula hoops of varying sizes, and spray paint them black.
Cut out some paper bats and hang them off the hula hoops with fishing line. Then tie the hoops together in a tiered formation.
Hang your new chandelier by tying some fishing line at four points around the top. Tie two ends to the basketball hoops, and raise them to lift the chandelier.
