Put those old paper towel rolls to use! Old (clean) toilet paper and paper towel rolls can be repurposed to make spectacular floating candles.
Begin by cutting the tops and punching two holes at the top of each roll.
Use hot glue around the rim to look like melted wax.
Paint the rolls using white spray-paint
